Feverfew Lemongrass Health Benefits

An appealing combination of two traditional herbs describes this simple tea blend. Feverfew, whose feathery leaves earned it the nickname featherfew, is a relative of daisies and dandelions. Though once limited to Eurasia, its pretty white flowers are now seen blossoming worldwide in the summer months. Its leaves give off a citrus-like aroma, which makes an excellent complement to lemongrass, a grassy plant belonging to the tropical regions of Asia, India in particular. Lemongrass was named for its citrus-like flavour, which has made it a frequent substitute for lemon and a favoured ingredient in several Asian recipes. This carefully balanced blend harmonises the flavour of these two herbs to produce an aromatic herbal blend with a hint of delicious citrus flavour.

A Dynamic & Nutrient-Rich Blend

Blending these two flavourful herbs together creates a dynamic herbal brew that is more than just tasty – it’s also packed with nutrients. A single cup of feverfew & lemongrass tea offers vitamin A, vitamin C, and five different B vitamins, as well as minerals like calcium, phosphorus, iron, manganese, selenium and zinc. Combined, these two quality ingredients also provide protein, essential oil, tannins, saponins, quercetin, alkaloids and mucilage, merely to name a handful of the constituents found in this herbal blend. Sample a taste of this herbal brew for yourself and discover the wonderful qualities it can provide.

The Key to Good Tea

For those that drink herbal teas, they’ll know that some of the best brews will come at the cost of a bitter taste. Our feverfew and lemongrass blend is carefully crafted to quell the bitterness that can come from feverfew. A bit of sugar, honey, or lemon can also help to doctor up the flavor of this brew. Buddha Teas offers fresh high quality herbs at the best available prices. Our customers are important to us, this is why we consistently present good deals for bulk orders, as well as our great coupon codes which can help you save even more money!

Review Title: Great Taste

I bought this tea because I have been having head concerns lately. But I love the flavor, the lemongrass is not too strong.

Review Title: Tasty and it works!

Review by Janeon 2 February 2017
Believe me, I have tried just about everything there is to try for M's. I have been drinking this tea now for a year and when I forget to drink it my M's are more frequent. When I drink at least 2 cups per day, I do so much better. I do see cause and effect. I can even drink two cups in a row to get my two cups in. My neurologist recommended drinking 3 cups of this exact tea per day but I find it hard to work it in. I'm going on a trip soon, and I plan to take enough tea bags with me to drink 2 cups per day. Travel, as we know, is a bugaboo for getting more M's.
I also love how pretty and sturdy the boxes are. I've actually used empty ones to wrap a gift in! : )

Review Title: Works great and Tastes good

Review by Lauraon 16 January 2017
This tea was suggested by my neurologist. I can tell it works to calm my symptoms. I don't usually like herbal teas, but I quickly discovered that I like it both hot and chilled. I recommend this tea.

Review Title: Very tasty and effective!!!

Review by LUCYon 3 January 2017
I went over many comments of teas and stopped by buddhateas.com. I bought first 3 boxes and really enjoyed them. Feverfew tea helps me get through my menstruation without headaches. I hoped that its taste could be stronger. Anyway, I am satisfied with my purchase.

Review Title: Very Tasty

Review by Lennison 27 October 2016
I ordered this on recommnedation from my doctor for prevention of an annoying health issue. I'm also taking other preventatives, so I'm waiting to see if this tea helps, but I must say I was very pleasantly surprised at how good it tastes! I'm drinking 1-2 cups a day, so have ordered 6 more boxes, and would like to know if it's possible to get just the bags, since it seems expensive to pay for such fancy packaging?

Review Title: Amazing Tea

Review by Kobyon 19 July 2016
I have had 17 Brain and Spinal surgeries since age five. I have chronic issues and have been on prescription medicine my whole life. I recently found out my preventative prescription medicine has been damaging my liver. I needed off of it, but I didn't know what to do. I have a book of tea remedies and it had a section for teas and herbs that help with head pain and I came across Feverfew. Since I started drinking this Feverfew and Lemongrass tea, my problems have been so much better. I drink two cups a day, one in the morning and one at night. This tea is great and really works!!!! I highly recommend it. It works and tastes great!

Review Title: Helped me

Review by Sueon 13 July 2016
I went to a Dr. who specialized in a health issue, and this is one of the things they had me take. This along with natural things, have taken my problem away from daily to hardly ever. I got rid of caffeine and I drink Feverfew and lemongrass tea every morning!

Review Title: Pretty helpful

Review by Amyon 16 May 2016
Never having tried feverfew for for my health concern, I was pleasantly surprised that it really did help. Didn't banish them entirely, but did significantly reduce the intensity for the most part. Yep...I'd recommend using to anyone.
